Together we will:

  • Develop a vision of what you need to take your performance to the next level and create strategies to make that vision a reality.

  • Find clarity around the “why” behind your desire to succeed as an athlete and learn how to meet your needs in a way that actualizes your potential and optimizes your performance.

  • Acknowledge and address the limiting beliefs and fears that are inhibiting you from reaching your true potential.

  • Create a mastery over your inner world that will transform your training and can carry over into your personal and professional life.

  • Equip you with the tools to help you become the best version of yourself as an athlete and an individual.


What’s included:

  • 8 60-minute coaching sessions, distributed over 3 months

  • 2 30-minute check-in calls

    • The journey of self-improvement can be unpredictable and you never know when life is going to hit you. I have included 2 check-in sessions so that you have access to hands-on support outside of our scheduled sessions if you need it.

    • These sessions can be booked with the 24-hour notice bracket, but must still be scheduled with at least 2 hours prior notice.

  • Unlimited WhatsApp and email contact

    • For regular check-ins in order to stay connected regarding your thoughts, feelings, and progress.

  • Hands-on competition support

    • I will be available either in person or remotely for support for competitions and/or important training days, if desired. Advance notice is required.
